The Mac AT-HOME PROGRAM is an at-home workout program, broken down into four 3-month phases, each with a 5-day split. This program is designed to take you from beginner to advanced variations using only body weight and resistance bands. Each phase will build upon the previous one, increasing in intensity, volume, and exercise complexity to provide gradual improvement in strength, endurance, and mobility.
